    Hi my name is Ruth and these are my thoughts on Ultimate Park Fitness:-

    After having 2 beautiful children I had piled on lots of weight. I was very unhappy so tried to do something about it by joining a gym and doing some road running, however I found it extremely hard to keep motivated, so you won’t be surprised to know that I ended up not going to the gym for months and ended up cancelling the membership. By this point I was three stone over weight! Not good. I couldn’t get in any of my clothes and then by chance I saw the UPF banner on the Highfields fence and thought “that sounds like just what I need” so did no more than look it up on the web, by that night I was going to my first training session. I was so nervous and worried about feeling out of my depth but I was made to feel very welcome and not stupid at all, everyone was so friendly and with the bib fitness levels you do what you can manage and don’t have to keep up with everybody.

    Don’t be fooled it is very hard work but good fun and you get to meet lots of new like-minded people and have a laugh at the same time.

    To date I have now lost over 2 stone and I am feeling so much happier, a lot more confident and my fitness levels are so much better.

    Hi my name is Tracy and here are my thoughts on UPF style training:

    I’ve always tried to keep fit by going to the gym and running.  However after I had a serious car accident I piled on the weight.  Eventually I went back to the gym but I couldn’t shift those extra pounds.   I quickly lost motivation and became bored needing to find a new style of training.  Not only did I find it, I LOVE IT! 

    Through mixing up UPF’s style of training such as military style exercises, circuits, intervals and most of all fun, the pounds soon dropped off and they have stayed off. 

    Training outside in the fresh air leaves me feeling exhilarated.   Don’t get me wrong when it’s raining I could easily stay indoors  but because you meet people in a similar mind set and the encouragement you get from each other is amazing, it makes me want to go whatever the weather brings.  Another one of the many things I like is that no training session is ever the same.  

    As a result of training outside in the parks my stress levels have reduced, I’ve lost weight, my confidence has increased, my fitness levels are the best they have ever been and most of all I enjoy training again. I have continued my road running coupled with training in the parks and this had a great impact on my ability to run at a faster pace over my set distance.

     YEAH I HAVE MY MOJO BACK........

    If you hate the thought of exercise but want all the benefits that come with it - this IS the solution for you!!! Believe me you will get VERY addicted VERY quickly as the superb trainers guide you through to achieve YOUR best within each session no matter what level you're at - and all within the space of one hour so no excuses!! Make friends, find encouragement to succeed and ditch the gym membership for good - looking for a new challenge for yourself.....UPF was mine and it's awesome.

    What an amazing summer i have had training with these guys ! and i will continue to do so during the winter! great crowd of people, excellent instructors and extremely supportive. just what i needed to help me reach my next fitness milestone! the perfect all over body work out and great for all levels of ability from complete beginners to really advanced! i love UPF and would never change my training provider :)
